HI Team,
We're running SAP 7.4 on Windows 2008 R2.
Of all the systems this particular one system is showing an addtional server node on MMC.
In configuration it only has one server node.
I increased the server node in configtool to 2 and it started showing 3 nodes. 
.
The last one always is in disabled mode.
