ERROR when applying PATCH in object lock check phase

Dear All,

When i am applying support patch SAPKH6004 (SAP_APPL).. then in import phase i got a message .....

during OBJECTS_LOCKED_? phase is running then message comes like

Object R 3TR from j_1IWT_CERT is locked in a old workbench request .

then i check that particular request and found that yes in <SID>k900063 workbench request object

R3TR from J_1IWT_CERT is locked.

workbench request having SapScript Form

under this request F110_D_AVIS

                           F110_EDI_01

                           F140_DOCU_EXC_01

                           F_M40S_CHEQUE

                and      R3TR from J_1IWT_CERT

then i delete that object from request and try to

start import patch through SPAM again but now it is giving me return code 8

please tell me ....

what should i do....

should i again add that object(  R3TR from J_1IWT_CERT) into request and release that request and after that try to import patch...

or any thing else ...

please rectify me and slove me
