IPCLIMITS utility on Win?

Hello,

I am using SAP ECC 6.0 on Windows 2k3 Server.

I know ipclimits cn be used on UNIX. Can it be used on Windows as well?

If Yes, where can I find the "ipclimits" utility to display the available system resources in order to determine an appropiate value for the parameter abap/buffersize to get rid of "PXA_NO_FREE_SPACE" runtime error ( As per  307976)?

I know I use hit and trial method to determine the appropiate value. But I am curious if this utility exist in Windows.
