We are trying to install Xcelsius Enterprise 2008 Fix pack 3.1.While running the Setup.exe file we are getting the following error
"The Upgrade Cannot be installed by the Windows installer Service because the program to be upgraded may be missing,or the upgrade may update a different version of program.Verify the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade."
Before this we tried to install Xcelsius 2008 SP3. It asked for Product Key.But there was no key found in the downloaded package.Where can we get the Product Key?
Is Xcelsius 2008 SP3 is a Pre-Requisite of Xcelsius 2008 fix pack 3.1?
What are the Patches to be upgraded for installing Xcelsius Fix pack 3.1 and upto what level?
What are the Pre-Requisites for installing Xcelsius 2008 fix Pack 3.1?
